Jacque Newman, CO

Jacque Newman, BSBME, CO is the owner and founder of Integrity Orthotics and Prosthetics LLC. She has devoted her entire career as a local orthotist, specializing in providing services for those with congenital, acute, and traumatic diagnoses. Jacque received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University. She attended Northwestern University’s Certificate Program for Orthotics and is certified by the American Board for Certification. She has practiced in the greater Albuquerque area and provided services throughout the state of NM since 1987. She contributes to classroom lectures to help physical therapy students better understand the process and benefits of orthotic services. Jacque is committed to successful outcomes and works closely with the patient, family, and referral source to achieve optimum benefits of orthotic intervention.

Outside of work Jacque enjoys family, friends, baking, sewing, and her three pets.

Angela Nieto, CFm

Angela was born and raised in Santa Fe and has been in the Orthotics and Prosthetics business, as a certified mastectomy fitter by American Board of Certification for almost 20 years. She holds dear the privilege to provide service to breast cancer survivors and is proud to be one of the last providers of mastectomy products for the Albuquerque and Santa Fe areas.

Angela ensures we use the highest quality products from our vendors, because our ladies deserve the best. 


Norbert Graf, CP, CoF

Norbert Graf is a certified prosthetist and certified orthotic fitter. He has provided services in Albuquerque and New Mexico for more than 30 years. Mr. Graf holds the same philosophy as the rest of the staff at Integrity O&P, maintaining a patient-first attitude at all times. Most of his new patients find him by word-of-mouth, attesting to the relationships he maintains with the people he cares for. He specializes in lower extremity prostheses (below-knee, above-knee, hip disarticulation, etc.). Mr. Graf stays up-to-date with cutting-edge technology. His patients can rest assured that they are receiving the best and most appropriate care and equipment currently available on the market.

Because of his many years of experience, Norbert Graf is well known in the industry for his ability to provide his patients with prosthetics that allow them to continue living their lives.

Stephen and Tory Newman

Stephen and his wife Tory have begun assisting Integrity as medical billers. They work remotely, as they currently live in Virginia Beach, VA. Tory is new to medical billing, but she has a professional background in the medical field as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Stephen began work with Integrity when we opened our doors in 2021 and is back to help contribute to the continued success of the company in providing quality care to our patients.

Outside of work, these two raise their daughter Rhys.
